My role is to clarify problems, evaluate options and support decision-making, without pushing a predetermined solution.

My background
For more than a decade, I’ve worked in very different technology environments, from digital agencies to major international platforms, across France, South Korea and Canada. At Shopify, Ubisoft and Asiance, I worked at the intersection of products, teams and technical challenges. This range of experience now shapes my approach to consulting: pragmatic, independent and mindful of the human side of organizations.
